Bulk Uploading of Questions from Spreadsheet (.xlsx file)

It is possible to upload the entire course from spreadsheet file, created using Excel or Calc. The uploader program allows you to:

• Open the .xlsx file
• View questions in PDF format (for checking any LaTex errors)
• Connect to a remote Course (name is same as the filename, without the extension)
• Upload the Questions to the remote course (course should be empty, if NOT use the Clear option)
• Display the contents of the Remote Course (may be sorted)

The uploaded questions can be edited using ‘cuqbc’. Also new questions may be added.

The coursecode is same as that of the filename, without the .xlsx extension. The file format needs to be followed strictly. The first row should be exactly like the one shown below. The Bloom’s Levels should be specified as Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate or Create, with first letter capitalized. The course outcome fields should be CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5, CO6 or CO7. The last field (answer hints) may be left blank.
